Patricia Case


Pat serves as the President and owner of Case Benefit Consultants, LLC, and (CBC) an employee benefits insurance agency serving Southwest Florida. CBC provides a menu of offerings to include group medical (both fully insured and self-funded), life, dental, disability and vision plans. Additionally, the agency offers Voluntary group products and services coupled with Section 125 Pre-tax plans and Flexible Spending Accounts. CBC also offers the services of 401(k), Simple IRA and Defined Contribution qualified plans through strategic partnership alliances.

Serving the insurance industry for more than 15 years, specifically in the field of employee benefits, Pat is recognized for her commitment to uncompromising customer service and dedication to her clients. Additionally, Pat recognizes the need to go beyond the scope of “traditional” practices, bringing her clientele cutting edge products and services customized to fit their objectives, while maintaining the highest level of employee benefit education and communication.

Prior to operating her own agency, Pat served as the Director of Employee Benefits for Collier Insurance Services and Vice President, Regional Sales Director for Definity Health, the pioneer of Consumer Driven Health Care. Pat also spent five years with Brown & Brown, Inc. as a Vice President managing the Naples Employee Benefits Division. Before her many successes at Brown & Brown, Pat owned a Practice Management Consulting firm serving health care providers throughout Southwest Florida.

Pat is a member of Southwest Florida Association of Health Underwriters, Florida Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters. She is a 2004-2005 Leadership Collier classmate and now a Leadership Collier Alumni serving on the Get Involved Stay Involved Committee. Pat is past Treasurer and 2007 Past President of HR Collier, serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce as well as the Economic Development Council 2005 & 2006 Excellence in Industry Awards selection committee. Most recently Pat was appointed as the Chair of Membership Advancement Committee for the local Chamber. She is a past “Partner in Education” reading buddy with the Collier County Education Foundation, volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and serves her church as a classroom volunteer.

Residing in Naples for more almost 30 years, Pat is an extremely proud mother of three children, two graduates of the University of Florida, one attending University of Central Florida. Their family activities include travel, outdoor activities, sporting events and entertaining.

Victoria Katz

Director of Operations

Victoria joins Case Benefit Consultants as Director of Operations and Senior Employee Benefits Specialist. Viki is a fully licensed Health, Life and Annuity broker with over 20 years of agency management experience. Her dual role provides support to both clients and staff. Prior to joining CBC, Viki worked for Nichols & Associates, a division of Brown & Brown as executive assistance to the President / owner and Long Term Care account executive.

A 28-year resident of Naples, Viki is married to husband Jeff for over 30 years. They are the proud parents of Baby, a 6-year old greyhound. Viki enjoys tending to her orchid, baking and designing jewelry. Her family time is spent with her nieces, nephews and traveling.

Rose Branda-McLaughlin

Director of Sales and Marketing

Rose was born and raised in New York City, with a degree in Communication Arts from St John’s University providing her with a seven-year career at Izod Lacoste NY in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Rose came to Naples, FL in 1991. Her career has spanned from management at Saks 5th Ave. Naples to Sr. Vice President, Wealth and Investment Manager at SunTrust Bank.

Rose has earned her Series 6 License as well as her Life, Heath and Annuities licenses. She is a motivated and forward-thinking benefits consultant with over a decade of seasoned experience in the Insurance Industry. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the employee benefits arena allow her the ability to maintain strong business relationships in our marketplace.

Rose was a Leadership Collier classmate in 2006-2007. As a Leadership Collier Alumni she organized the ongoing “Fun and Filanthropy” tradition of cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the Neighborhood Health Clinic volunteers. Rose has served as a board member for United Way of Collier County, YMCA and Project Help.

Rose has four children; Samantha, Vincent and Taylor who reside in Naples, and Alexes who resides in NYC. She loves the beach, swimming, decorating, gardening, and her dogs Akilleze and Tito.

In her spare time, she partners with her son Vincent as Licensed Real Estate Agents in the Naples market.

Carol Parlier

Client Support Services

Carol provides administrative service support to our entire team. She has over 25 years’ experience in the Employee Benefits industry serving in numerous capacities with Brown & Brown insurance. Carol also has an extensive background in the property management field and client account management.

Carol processes all client enrollment changes and is responsible for census management to ensure accuracy. She also conducts invoice audits as needed. In addition to supporting the CBC team, Carol works with clients regarding enrollment and invoice issues, as well as general inquiries.

Carol enjoys spending time with her family at their second home in Lake Placid. She also enjoys traveling and visiting family in Chicago.

Jennielee Evans

Client Account Manager

Jennielee is a fully licensed Health, Life and Annuity broker and appointed with many carriers serving Florida. She also has a degree in accounting.

Jennielee joined CBC in 2013 as Employee Benefits Coordinator and now has earned the position of Client Account Manager. In her position of Client Account Manager, Jennielee conducts new hire orientation and open enrollment meetings, assists clients with claim problems and general inquiries, and works with clients on renewals.

In her spare time, Jennielee enjoys fishing and spending time with her son, Gavin.

Libby Anderson, M.S., SPHR is President of Human Resources Now and the Southwest Florida Employers Association. With 25 years of experience, she focuses on providing top quality Human Resource consulting to include customized training and development.

Libby holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and Administration from Barry University, where she is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
